11:30 is an independent, stop-motion-animated film project directed and produced by Jared Otto. 11:30 follows Jason Guy on his final mission with the New York Spy Agency (NYSA). He, and his wingman Rookie Owens, are trying to uncover a crime ring involved in public corruption. But when a recon operation goes awry, the pair discovers the mission is not as cut and dry as they thought. What follows is a high-stakes adventure of intrigue and betrayal!

Meet the Mastermind!
Jared Otto is a seasoned stop-motion animator and voice actor from Apex, North Carolina. He has written and produced over 20 short films on his YouTube channel "J-Rod Studios." Jared’s love of film stems from his love of theater, performing in over a dozen stage productions, including Little Women (Braxton) and Treasure Island (Long John Silver). When he’s not creating films, Jared is running his business “J-Rod Studios Bricks,” where he sells building kits of scale military vehicles using 100% LEGO® parts.

BEFORE...
11:30 was originally written by 16 year old Jared Otto in 2021 in hopes of making his first full-length feature film. The original script had 123 scenes and was 118 pages long! After production started late that same year, Jared soon realized the project was too ambitious. By early 2024, the project had been dropped completely…
AFTER!
Until now! After revisiting the script, Jared, now almost 20, decided to completely restart the project! He kept the same general plot, but made it shorter and better than before! Plus, with an additional 3 years of animating experience, Jared is confident the project will be finished by the end of 2025!
